Job Details

Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is looking to fill the position of Director of Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda (KSYA). This role is responsible for strategic planning, day-to-day management, and integration of curriculum for all Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda training and alumni programs. Directly responsible for the supervision of a team of 12 administrators, program coordinators, and curriculum developers, it requires both business and thought leadership in the fields of yoga and Ayurveda.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• 8 years of supervisory experience in education, training, business development, non-profit management, or other related field
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication abilities
• Expertise in written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Business development, management, and organizational experience
• Demonstrated history of office systems management and project implementation
• Experience with marketing project management and strategy development
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced Excel and data tracking/management
• Efficient multi-tasking and ability to focus in fast-paced work environment
• Extensive professional experience in the fields of yoga and Ayurveda.
